Play Practitioners
S.H.I.P. are recruiting experienced, enthusiastic and motivated people to support children with additional support needs within our services. The main duties are to facilitate play, learning & sports experiences and safe delivery of the service. You will be involved in the planning with the children. Applicants should be 18+.
The details are below:
Hours: Various - After school club (Term time - after school club, Saturday club, youth clubs and holiday clubs
Location: Fairview School, Gleneagles Day opportunity Centre and Glenearn Community Campus and various rural locations)
Rate of Pay: £12.00 - £13.00 - depending on experience and qualifications
Qualifications: SVQ3 Social Care (Children and young people) is required or will need to be completed.
Experience in working with young people with additional support needs is desirable, however training is provided
